Thomson Eight is developed by a consortium led by Sustained Land, a Singapore residential developer founded in 2006. Sustained Land has developed approximately twenty residential projects, and Thomson Eight, with approximately 776 residences planned, is the largest by unit count that it has led.

The Thomson Eight Site in Brief

The site at 8 Thomson Lane measures 203,073 square feet and carries residential zoning at a gross plot ratio of 3.5 under URA’s in-principle approval. Residences are held on a 105-year leasehold, six years longer than the 99-year term of most new condominium land.

For most of the past eighty years the land was a single private estate, home in turn to a large family house, a hotel, a country club and a school campus, which is why a site of this size exists in an established district.
